Zuper is a cloud platform and runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS), but is built in an infrastructure agnostic architecture. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a secure cloud services platform, offering to compute power, database storage, content delivery, and other functionality to build applications with increased flexibility, scalability, and reliability.

With Zuper’s powerful work order management, your dispatchers can schedule faster, dispatch the right person to the job at the right time. With a simple drag & drop interface, you will be able to configure your work order process in minutes and even personalize the terminology of the statuses. You can easily add checklist items to your work orders and associate with any status in a simple drag & drop style. It is hassle-free to add items from many pre-defined components including text, checkbox, bar-code scan, drop-downs, picture, etc,. You can set canned responses for technicians to choose from or enable them to enter free text responses directly from their mobile app.
