It was a good experience. He was so fast that he arrived before the appointed hour window, and was done before the hour was up. People might complain when the service arrives late or takes too long, but nobody can complain when they both arrive and finish early.

he fixed an issue that we've all been trying to fix for months very easily, was very friendly and I finally have 3 screens!! The Tech Guy was on time, easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. It's been a running joke in our team that the guy with the oldest laptop was the only one who could get both screens working so we are very happy that we can finally use them ha ha :) 10 stars out of 5 if we could.

Whole experience was easy from initial phone call with Sam to Tech Guy arriving 10 mins early. He was so helpful and patient and fixed out issues and then made sure we were able to do it ourselves, he was great.
